About the Neighborz

IE’s Premier Rock Cover Band

Noizee Neighborz is a 4-piece rock cover band hailing from Temecula, California. The band was founded in 2014 and consists of lead singer Joey Carmona, guitarist Chris Pilawski, bassist Bill Pilawski, and drummer Justin Cheney-Regaldo. Chris and Bill Pilawski are brothers and have been playing music together since their childhood.

Noizee Neighborz has an extensive and diverse repertoire of songs that span across different genres and eras. They cover a range of classic rock, hard rock, and pop rock hits from bands like Van Halen, AC/DC, Tom Petty, and Green Day. They also showcase their versatility with songs from The Beatles, The Kinks, and Duran Duran.

The band is known for their energetic and dynamic live performances that always get the crowd moving. They have played in various venues across California, including bars, clubs, and music festivals. Their high-energy sets and charismatic stage presence make them a crowd favorite wherever they perform.

  • Feb. 23rd, 2025 – Noizee Neighborz new website is live. We’d like to thank former drummer Jey for maintaining the site for the past few years.

    Oct. 23rd, 2024 – Noizee Neighborz’ drummer, Jey Gifford, has unfortunately had to step down from his drumming role in the band due to health issues. Jey joined the band a few years ago and has been an important part of the band since. We will miss him, and he will always be a Noizee brother. We are excited to announce that Justin Cheney-Regaldo to the band and our new drummer. Justin’s experience in other local bands brings a new youthful energy to the band. Please welcome him!
